Ivermectin oral dosage/okay if lactating?

100 lb sow with piglets, can she be given ivermectin safely without endangering the piglets? Also, is there a formula I can use to determine oral dosage?

We found the correct dosage, just need to know if it will be safe for her piglets for her to be wormed while they are still nursing.
