Piglet with hole in face

I came home tonight to find one of the 4 weeks old piglets had unhooked a bungee cord, chewed on it and managed to get it to puncture their cheek. I don't know how long she was "hooked" but her face was pretty roughed up. I unhooked her and tried to get a good look, but couldnt see if there was any more damage. I put her down and she immediately went to nurse. I guess i just need to keep an eye on her.

Its like my farm animals like to punish me when I go socialize. Much better behaved when I'm just home. Once I leave they like to get into trouble it seems.
