Hoop house and eletric fence

As soon as the rain passes I am going to install the eletric on the fence. I am making a hoop house for them but wanted to know if i should put the eletric on the back wall(panel) of the house along the main fence? See the pic for a better description. Im thinking no but am not sure.

I think elec might scare them away from the shelter. I think some plywood or other type of sight deterant might be better. I think another hoop panel might be beneficial also. good luck and keep us informed please. This is how we all learn.

I'm thinking it'd make them wary of the shelter, too. Plywood is a good idea. But ours aren't shy about rooting against solid stuff so just make sure your panel/plywood is sturdily installed.
