Gonna try goat milk for the first time

Hi, for those of you who have read my earlier poists, I have been milking one of my does, Clara. Well today I milked her, filtered the milk, and have been waiting at my grandmas house for it to be done in the fridge. Me and my brother are going to try goat milk for the first time, so wish us luck.

If you drink skim milk you are in for a shock that goat milk is so rich! My kids and I sure were! Your mom will love it to cook with. It makes out of this world egg strata and baked Mac and Cheese! I even mixed Hershey syrup in with a 2 quarts and my kids now have choc milk. they are in love!

Yeah we drink skim milk, at least hat is what my mom buys, I do not drink it because I think it has no taste. We did not get to try it last night because we went to our grandparents house, and for some reason we neve get back from there until about 10 o'clock.
