It's fun finding something they really like, isn't it?

Just use a little caution with items labeled "for Sheep and Goats." They don't have nearly enough copper for goats, so unless you have another bountiful source of copper for your goats, you're going to start having trouble after a while.

W/o copper, what problems will goats have?

We have 2 young goats, and I've read on several threads that the goats need copper - different from the sheep. My daughter just got a lamb also, so I don't want to get them the same minerals. I don't want to keep them separate either, so is there a way to keep them together w/o any health issues?

Thanks

I feed my goats their minerals in a free-choice salt block and also on the milking stand. I just put a handful of loose mineral in a pile at the side of their grain and they take what they want. I don't know how you'd do it if you weren't feeding the goats separately. You might want to ask this in a new thread, and maybe you'll get someone who actually keeps both sheep and goats together to answer with what they do.
