Here is something I typed up for some people before on a different board.
"Ok,
First off you must download your photo(s) onto a photo hosting place.
here are some places that host photos for free
http://www.photobucket.com/ (I recommend this one..it works the most for me)
http://www.imagevenue.com/
http://www.villagephotos.com/
So here we go
1. dowload photos onto photo image hoster
2. once photos are downloaded click on your photo/image that you want to put on forum
3. that should open up a bigger picture of the photoso once that is done right click on the photo.
4. a little menu will pop up. At the very bottem there is a properties link click on the properties link.
5. That will open up a small grey window that has stuff like protocol and type and that sort of thing.
6. Look for something called the address(URL). It will look something like this Adress: (URL)
http://thumbs.villagephotos.com/index.asp?id_=10490714 ......
7. Now what you want to do is highlight the address pasrt...so if I was going to copy the address I just showed you I would want to copy this part
http://thumbs.villagephotos.com/index.asp?id_=10490714 by pressing the buttons Ctrl C at the same time.
8. Once you have done that you go to the forum where you want to post it...open up a new topic (unless you already have) andlook at where you can make letters bold or italac or what not. You will see the Img button. Click on that and then paste your url address by pressin Ctrl v. Click on the Img button once more and you are done.
It should look like this

Oh yes...one more thing. You will need to check your user settings on your webphoto hoster and check to make sure that your album is open to the public.
If you do this right then you should see a picture like the one seen below
