Lopsided udder

First time momma with two week old kids and her udder is noticeably lopsided. The kids definitely favor one side (have from the beginning) and that side is the larger side. What should we be doing? We have been milking her out twice a day. In another week we plan on separating kids at night and milking in a.m. leaving some for the kids and they can nurse throughout the day.

Milk the teat out would be the only suggestion I have.
Danielle always has a lospided udder, even when she is feeding twins. Her teats are fairly big and they favor the one side. Since they favor the one side the other gets even bigger and more difficult for them to latch onto.
I keep it milked out and within a week they are nursing both teats usually.

You could milk her once a day. Just take the extra out and that might help keep the udder even. I mean when you milk her milk her even. Or you could milk 2 times a day.

I hate it when kids make the udder uneven that why I bottle feed all my kids. I just can't stand looking at them..but thats me. I also show my goats so I can't have lopsided udders in my does.

Another thing you could do is to teat tape the favorite side. This will force them to nurse on the side they don't like. Of course you will need to milk out the favorite side. But this will get them used to using both sides.
