goat weight estimate???

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to estimate what a goat weighs? I think I remember reading somewhere on the net about measuring them around their middles somehow and being able to calculate an approximate weight from that. All of mine, even our two doelings, are too heavy for me to lift so they all weigh at least 50 lbs. And I can't see making them stand on the bathroom scale (laff).
