All sorts of recipes here:

The lye calculator they use is really nice. Just input your oil amounts and use milk instead of water!

The only hard part about using milk is keeping the lye solution cold enough to avoid cooking the milk - I freeze the milk solid and then add the lye. That way the temperature never gets above 90* and the milk doesn't cook. Some people nestle the bowl of milk in a larger bowl filled with ice cubes to keep the solution cool. Make sure you wear goggles, long sleeves, and good rubber gloves - you have to keep the lye solution moving while the lye is incorporated and the milk thaws, sometimes splashes happen.

Do a search for "lye calculator" and run the oil you intend to use through it to get quantities of oil, liquid and lye. For simplicity, stick to one or two oils. Weigh out the specified liquid quantity in milk, put it in a non-reactive (plastic, stainless or glass) container that's at least the quantity of the milk. Freeze it solid. Weigh out your lye and pour it into the frozen milk. Start stirring and don't quit till the milk is melted. The freezing keeps the lye reaction cool enough so it doesn't carmelize the milk. I use a blender and put my warmed oils (not over about 110 degrees) in the blender and start it on low speed. Then I add the milk/lye mixture and gradually increase the speed. I usually have a trace in 5 minutes or less. Pour it into a prepared mold and insulate it overnight before cutting.

Let me know if I've left out details you need.
