Of course the buck ran right out of the corral into the pasture staring dumbfounded. I went to check on him and aside from having lost a chunk of hair, he was fine. The gelding came over and apologized and they are still friends. It was just so strange....he nearly killed him, but ended up saving his life. Animals, go figure.
