sore foot

I've got a boar doe that started limping a couple of days ago and now when she stops walking she stands on her front knees. I've got her down twice in the last two days and cleaned and trimmed her feet even though they looked good. Feet are dry, no bad smell, no stickers they look fine does anyone have any ideas for me? Also I've got an approx 3 year old doe that has bad knees she limps pretty bad and you can hear her knees grinding when she walks across the pasture do goats get arthritis (sp) if so any treatment? I've had her for about a month and she was fine when I got her, she started this about two weeks ago. K.C.
