Help, bloody urine!

I have 1 buck, 1 wether, and one young doe in a very large enclosure (1/2 acre) I have found several urine spots w/lblood evident. Does anyone know why this could be? I know I sound dumb but is this stones?

if your wether was cut before he was 3 months old, it is probably urinary calculi. these can kill him.

I have no history on the wether, he is a 3 year old rescue. I think maybe we have been feeding too much grain this winter. I will try the salt in the feed, and the vinegar in the water. If there is anything else i can do at this point, please let me know. They are all acting happy and lively. I hope i caught it soon enough. What is it with me and my bloody animals?
Thank you
Christina

The best thing you can do for the wether is to add ammonium chloride to either his feed or his water. That really helps to avoid calculi. And very little to no grain in his diet.
