Reg. Papers etc with ADGA and ABGA

How long after purchase of a goat or birth of a goat does the ADGA or the ABGA alot for the tranfer or registration of goats. A goat lady near me says there is no time limit. I know that with dogs there is a cut off. Can you wait to see how a goat turns out before you register it? Or must it be registered within a certain time period? I don't necessarily want to register a goat just because I can. I might want to take a look at it for a while first and see how it turns out. I have not renewed my ADGA membership yet and guess i better do it.

In ADGA, there is no time limit, but the fees are increased if you wait longer.

Does under 30 months of age are $6.50 or $8.50.
Does 30 months & older is $10 or $12

Bucks under 24 months are $12.50 or $14.50
Bucks 24 months & older are $25 or $27.

The difference in price depends upon the postmark date. During the 'busy' time period of April 1 - Aug 31, the fee is increased.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with ABGA - maybe someone else can answer that.
