How to CAN Milk?? Vicki

Ok I know this was addressed on another list however can not get to it.
Will someone please explain the process for qts or 1/2 gals. Can you do it in a pressure cooker and can you treat colostrum the same way?

When I got out my directions to do it the beginning of the month it wasn't what I remembered Water bathed it was to boiling, then 1 hour, pressure cooked it was to 10 pounds for 10 minutes, that was quarts.

You can't do colostrum or you would end up with a big eraser in the jar, way to high of heat. Vicki
