Has anyone tried Countryside Organic Goat Feed?

Wondering if anyone has tried it or any other brand of organic feed, and what kind of results you are/were getting. If any differences in the health of the goats, the taste of the milk, and any differences in your own health from drinking the milk of the goats that were switched to organic feed.

Good question! I am going to start using the Scratch and Peck Organic Goat Feed that I am buying through Azure Standard, hope it tastes as good as it looks. I just hate feeding my milking girls soy and corn, so when I found this available I am all over it.

You don't necessarily have to feed organic in order to avoid corn and soy. I got a feed mix recipe from a goat gal who has beautiful, shiny NDs. I have been feeding it to my goat and her hair has become totally shiny since! But, I wanted to to organic, since we eat organic.

2 - steam rolled barley
2 - whole oats
1 - BOSS
1 - Calf Manna (does contain corn and soy)

But there are many other feed recipes out there online, without the calf manna.

Here's one:

I would like to have tried it, but I can't get any organic grains around here. Countryside's formula looks really good! Theirs do have corn, but it's organic, so I'm OK with that. Will get it on Wed. Can't wait to try it!!

All I saw was chicken feed on Big Sky Organic. Do they have goat feed, too?
