Hard lump in front of penis... What is it?

Our buckling has a hard lump on his abdomen in front of his penis. Any idea what this could be??

Having had an umbilical hernia - they are incredibly painful, so if it isn't obviously tender, I kinda doubt that's what it is (although if it *is* clearly tender, that's a good guess). His belly button might also just be an extreme outie...

Might be a kidney stone stuck in the urethra? Is he peeing normally?

Has he gone over any fences recently or been around any other goats with horns? I'm wondering about an injury like an abrasion that is healing?
Is there tenderness? Is it hot to the touch?

The lump is in front of the penis... there shouldn't be urethra there.

How old is this buckling? I've seen some get unbiblical abscesses at a few weeks old once the cord falls off. They start off hard then get soft and rupture. I deal with a couple every year at my job.

He is about ten months old i think.... So it probably isnt his belly button.
It is hard... Not soft. I am going to watch for growth.
