Bloody "booger" in goat milk?

During yesterday mornings milk time, Juniper's teat became blocked and a bloody booger type thing came out. (appetizing right?) no other problems with her and milk tasted ok though it went to the dogs. Today there were more. Thoughts? I was thinking injury at first now I'm unsure. If I test for mastitis what is the best way to do so?

If she's a first freshener, it could be capillary damage from expansion of her mammary system.

Could be an injury if she got butted.

Did you take her temperature?

She is 2 years old, but is a first freshener. I was thinking injury as well as she has twins on her and they bump her pretty hard. She is also herd queen so she could have easily got butted from someone. I didn't even think to take her temperature! Doing that this morning.
