Goat Sweating

Have not run across this one before. A goater pal has two goats, doe and wether who tend to sweat during winter. They also have a dandruffry coat. They are somewhat related. They receive outstanding care, the best diet and minerals along with added kelp.
She's wondering if this may be copper related.
Any thoughts?

They cannot sweat. Is the barn closed up and/or poorly ventilated? Any other animals in the barn? Some barns 'sweat' with condensation, and I would bet that is what it is.
