Is this an appropriate vacuum pump for a milker?

I found a local farmer selling the Hamby portable goat milker with this as the vacuum pump. I'd want to add a pressure regulator and gauge but everything else would be included. They're asking $400 which saves me money so long as I don't need to replace this pump with another one (because I can buy the Hamby set-up for $400 new and then get a pump on my own). This is going to be my first milk machine so I want to make sure I'm getting appropriate equipment.

according to the tech info I found it will pull less than 2 cfm at 15"hg which is less than I would like to see for a milker.

Something that makes about 3 cfm at 15"hg would be much better.
