Pulling head to side

I thought my buck had deer worm, but after watching him Im starting to think thats not it.

Hes been walking a little funny and his head turned to the side.
He can turn it, but when he walks its like he turns his head and tilts it.
He already had a limp from deer worm earlier this year, but its starting to get worse.

He also had clumped dog poop but I gave him a round of safe guard last week and that seems to have cleared that up.

He does have missing patches of hair behind his front let and a little above.

Im wondering if its an ear infection due to some kind of mite?

I might suspect listerosis if you believe he truly does not have meningeal worms. However, the damage caused by the worms can lead to them holding their head oddly. It causes nerve damage and all the other things you list sound like meningeal worms the effects can be very long, even life time.

Someone with more experience will hopefully pipe in.

I just came in from doing a good check over and hoof trimming.

His hooves are awful.
They grow probably 15x faster than my females (I picked her feet up to check and shes just fine, no trim needed) and they are all kinds of warped.
I dont know if its because of the way he walks and stands on them since the worm or what. Im definitly going to have to stay on top of his hooves WAY more than any goat Ive guess this is causing his limp to become worse as well.
I feel so bad for him!

His eyes are bright, eye lids arent dark pink, but they are gaining more color since worming..

I took a look in his ears and one of this did have a dark greenish brown junk build up.
I lightly swabbed my finger and pulled some out. I didnt smell it but it felt grainy, almost like sand.

Hes itching a lot too.
Upon closer examination it looks like there are little red mites.
Whats the best way to rid these?

The SO is going to bring home some needle and syringes after work.
Im guessing Vitamin B and Ivermec??

Ew, poor guy. Never had to deal with mites yet, myself. So I have no experience treating them.

Like Crater posted suspect listeria first, possibly polio if it is a young buck. Will not hurt to start treatment for both conditions even if it turns out to be ear related. Better safe than sorry and the sooner the better.

Hes about 3-4 years old..?

I have spent the past hour cleaning his swizzle stick.

I think he may have UC.

A couple days ago I saw him get up from laying down and stretch to pee.
Really, I didnt think much of it, but lately he has only been peeing very little.
Today it was dribbles.
So I pulled back his skin and there was a white grainy build up. I wiped it away, he peed a little, wiped more away, he peed a little..
At first it was dark yellow dribbles. Now its a stream (not strong though) of clear urine.
I never actually got the penis out to see. Thats kind of hard here alone.

You can tell he feels a TON better. The way hes holding himself.

I read that you can treat with a red onion, garlic, lemons, and vinegar?

Is that the organic version of Sevens?
