Stuff I make sure to keep is BioMycin, penicillin, b-complex, moxidectin, ivermectin, toltrazuril, BoSe, copper, and C and D antitoxin that I can think of right now. I keep a LOT of stuff for contingencies that I have on hand if needed, slowly amassed over time mostly. I keep the powdered prohibit, powdered dimethox, powdered vitamins/electrolytes that stay good for a long time. If you're breeding, I'd keep lutelyse, frozen colostrum, kid feeding syringe, nipples/bottles, freeze dried colostrum (even if you 'plan' on dam raising!) etc.
