Palm Oil??

We are wanting to make our first batch of goat milk soap. The recipe that my wife want to use calls for palm oil. We are having issues finding it but when we do see it there are different options. Palm kernel, or just palm oil cold pressed? What do we buy? Thanks

Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) are used in soapmaking as secondary lathering agents and also contribute to a hard bar of soap.
