I see a few errors:
Penicillin - regular Pen G is 5 cc's/100 lbs, but should be given 2X's per day, 12 hours apart. Penicillin G + Benzathine(Long acting Penicillin) is also 5 cc's/100 lbs, but is only once a day.
Draxxin is 1 cc/100 lbs given twice, 7 days apart.
The dosage for Nuflor is correct, but it should be given daily for 5 days. It is also SQ, not IM. If given IM it should be dosed at 1 cc/25 lbs for 3 days.
LA200/Biomycin(same drug - different carriers. Biomycin does not sting/burn like LA200 does) should be 1 cc/25 lbs every other day for a maximum of 3 doses.
Epinephrine should be 1 1/2 cc IM per my vet. The chances of your vet selling you a bottle are slim to none since Epinephrine is used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Thiamine is 3 cc's/100 lbs SQ.
I also see a potential problem with Oxytocine. Oxytocin CAUSES uterine contractions, so how can it be a benefit with replacing a uterine prolapse? Given under the wrong circumstances, Oxytocine has been known to cause uterine prolapses.
Banamine is 1 cc/100 lbs given every 36 hours. Something that is not stated on the drug usage chart is that Banamine should not be given more than 3 times because it is very hard on an animals stomach and can cause ulcers. It can also build up in the animals organs and cause other problems.
I also think the dosage for Dex is incorrect, but the correct dosage escapes me at the moment.
Just FYI - Naxcel is not listed, but is totally useless when given according to the instructions on the label. It must be given at the rate of 5-6 cc's/100 lbs IM for 5 days to be effective.
