Reculture Chevre Starter?

Trying to post this a second time.

Can chevre starter be recultured the same as meso- and thermophilic cultures?

Some of those chevre starters have rennet in it. I just use the same mesophilic culture for chevre as I do for our "house cheese". MA011, I think. I imagine that some bacteria strains are "hardier" and can be recultured easier than others.
