Alfalfa oat mix hay?

What do you think? I just got 5 small bales delivered to my house to keep my goats fed for a few weeks after I have my baby. I usually feed alfalfa pellets and oats to my does, but my husband had to have his appendix out so that leaves feeding and milking up to my 6 year old and random church people.

Is this ok short term for my 7 month old buck Rudy?

Yes, I think it should be just fine. It isn't too good to switch what they're eating all the time though, so finding something in greater quantities than that for the future would probably be better.
