One shrunken teat- goat not in milk

Hi there. New to the site so hello! We have a three year old mini mancha doe which we purchased just recently. She is not in milk currently. When we brought her home she had two full looking teats. Then suddenly, one is all soft and significantly smaller. I put her on the milling stand today to examine. No lumps, hard spots or warmth. lt feels like there could be fluid in her larger teat but I didn't really try milking her. Any idea what could be going on? She's not in pain... There is a very slim chance she could be pregnant as she was in with a buck but he is a Nigerian dwarf and I don't think he could freshen her... Too small of a guy. Thanks for any ideas!

She could be a self sucker, or the buck could have enjoyed a milk snack.

Well she was in with the buck over a month ago. Would a shrunken teat indicate pregnancy?
