Thumbs up 1st time shaving one of ours :)

Here's pretty girl 2ish wks after her first (and mine!) shave.
She looks so lovely, no clue why I waited so long!!
Pardon the red dust on her, she likes to lay in the dirt

ordered andis clippers it they are on back order from Hoegger's. intend to get them somewhere else and shave my furry buck. can't wait to see how he looks under all that shaggy fur...your girl looks lovely!

I use cheap people clippers on mine. They cost $12 six years ago and still work. I didn't even use the plastic guard on Cookie and she looks pretty good with a super short trim despite not really liking being locked in the stand. Lol

They look good, Great job!
I'm terrible at shaving & they always seem to look bad when I'm done but in a couple weeks they always look so nice it's like the areas I cut too short catch up to the others.

Yes I brought it down to the skin. It looked kinda patchy at first, felt bad
But it turned out nice, I knew it would *eventually* lol

Yeah, weird how that works, huh? I think it's cuz the skin doesn't show thru any more.
