Random goat shots

Up baking cookies so I need something to do to keep me awake. Here are snapshots taken at random this week at Ozark Jewels.

My Handsome Dune boy, and Polly the Pyr. Polly is one of the Jill and Boris pups that I sold years ago and was recently offered back due to the owner selling out. She has been lovely, as has Duke her brother whom I got back also. They are accustomed to working together and always have been.

Imagination, AKA "Mother Extraordinaire" with her twin boys who are her size already. They have never had grain, shots, wormer, etc. They will make some very fine eating this fall.

Kids can clear pasture too! Check out all the stripped stalks behind the lambar. These guys are moving out a little more every day.

Princess had a twisted uterus two years ago and unfortunately does not seem to be able to keep a pregnancy now. After two years of being dry, she will be butchered this coming week. She was a great milker. Even though she has not had a bite of grain in two years, free-choice browse has left her quite hefty.

Emily, I love the pics. Thanks for posting them. I always look for Milky Way in the pics. She looks good. I am in the middle of purchasing 5 acres less than an hour from you. I am looking forward to getting some goats from you again next year.

The place I was renting got sold and I had to sell all of my animals because I couldn't find a place to rent that I could have them. I hate that I had to sell them, but am so looking forward to being able to get some again. I would love to reserve a Milky Way doeling for next year if I can. If you plan on selling any older goats, I would be interested as well.

I will send you a text tomorrow most likely. I'm afraid it might be too late to do so right now. I have been meaning to do it for awhile but keep forgetting.

I really enjoyed the pics!
