how to make a milking goat stand?

How do you make a milking goat stand who keeps trying to sit down during milking? I am so frustrated and my shoulder is killing me from having to lift her entire rear end and hold it up while I try to milk with one hand. Is there a way to tie her or something?

a bucket under her, or a knee. Do you use a milk stand with head gate? I built a head gate?? in my milking room, I sit on a stool, if I had the problem you are having I would either stick a bucket under her belly or shift myself to the right and put my knee under her belly (i am short ;p)

Yes I have a milking stand with a head gate...she will literally choke herself rather than stand for me towards the end A bucket is a good idea, I just have to find one that will be the right height. I did read on Google that some people put a wire brush on a bucket so they get poked if they try to lay down but I don't know about any of that.
