Goats, poultry netting, fence charger, oh my!!

Long story short, I bought some of the premier electric netting (the 48" poultry netting on recommendation of a boer breeder) and the Zareba solar 2m charger because 'that lady is the boss and knows her stuff' at TSC even though my brain is screaming "doesn't have goats on it stupid".
So my property is rocky and woody, I don't think the netting is going to work well now that I have it all out. And Im pretty sure the charger is too weak, although I haven't hooked it up yet.
two questions:
Is this salvageable?
What should I change?

We had the Zareba 3 mile solar fencer, it wouldn't faze a flea. But the Zareba 10 mile solar fencer has done it's job and packs a punch.

There's 7 charts on that page - any chart with a goat? I find the weed images and especially the 1 joule for 'all' animals confusing.

Yes, there are several charts. One for each style of charger.

Charts one and three have goat pics on them.

There is also a chart that states "Voltage minimum by animal" that is helpful. Please read it.
