Got our first pregnant does in October... only took the first day to fall in love with these ridiculous animals.

Thanks!

That last one is our first doeling born on the property (one girl, three boys in our first kidding). Her name is Annie. She's staying She is a really nice looking goat, loves attention (clearly) and has some nice bloodlines to boot. We got lucky with that girl. And the one in the feeder ... her and her sister would jump in my hay bucket (a recycling bin I found) EVERY time I entered the barn and instantly start eating. She had to settle for the top of the feeder when I'd take the bin back out. And, for that picture of the mom sleeping with her babies ... I had the best shot and then got absolutely photo bombed by a duck but I kind of like it better that way.
