Look what I....

Brought home with me yesterday! Now I have a matching pair!

Fir Meadow Cor Coriander is finally home . I could not be more pleased with this young buck. Temperament he is AMAZING, well mannered, sweet, easy going and so gentle. He did amazing the 4 hour ride home, I rode in the back of the pickup with him for the first hour just to make sure he did okay. I had to ride in the back almost all 4 hours to pick up Cori because the buck I was trading started flipping out on me.

But I know it didn't happen without photos so I snapped plenty of photos to show! Cori is the one who is not pasted to my mom's side in the photos . I had to add one photo at the end of Basil giving my mom a kiss though. Cori is my new 2yr old LaMancha I traded with Kat from Fir Meadow (she got back a buck I bought from her 4yrs ago). Cori's litter mate brother actually lives in the midwest with Andrea Forrest from Forrest Pride LaManchas and apparently he is making quite a splash in her herd. I am already planning who this fellow is getting bred to this year!

Basil (my 3yrd old) thinks we replaced him and is feeling slightly insecure over this younger maybe slightly more handsome fellow coming in. But I think they will soon become best friends, both are very similar in temperament and already seem to be getting along well.

They are both very handsome Justine. Congratulations I have a buckling that came out of a Forrest Pride buck. He's very stable though not tame to handle. Hoping he will settle in with time. His "barn" name is Noaa.

Yes it does! My buck has Monsoon as his....great great sire? The buck I traded for this boy was a Monsoon grandson so it makes this guy a Great Grandson .

You will really like your boy, already he is beautiful. If you look up Monsoon on Fir Meadow ' s website you can see how your buck looks like him.
