Goat fencing question

My current goat yard is made with 6x6 wood fence post in concrete every 8 ft...I've had to replace two this year which is a real pain..I am getting ready to put in additional fencing expanding our space for the goats...my question is can I use 8 foot metal t post in between the wood corner post? Or will the goats push on them when they scratch on the fence and cause them to push over? The fencing is goat fencing from Tractor Supply.

Wow! 6x6's every 8' and you're having trouble!? Are the posts getting broken or pushed over?

A friend of mine mentioned wanting to get goats but dreaded having to build a "Jurassic Park" fence, lol. Sounds like you have one but it still isn't working, goats

I'm having pretty good luck with 4' field fence stretched between braced corner posts and 6' 'T' posts every 12'

If you are worried about them pushing fencing over with t-posts I would invest in a fence charger and run a strand at about chest height or knee height. That works well in our herd (when we had the strand up).

We use Cedar posts for the corners & then T posts in between all along the rest of the fence about every 8 feet with no problem.
We don't have electric wire at the top of ours but would have no problem running one if needed.

We use to cement our wood posts too but not anymore, no need we found your right when you need them up it's a pain to dig them out.
