Kitchen counter while I'm figuring out bottle feeding

Maybe I'll find out what works best soon.

Oh, my, Alice! What an awesome array! It's my policy to stick to ONE kind of nipple (unless I have a preemie, then I'll use a Pritchard.) and they WILL, by Gum, learn to use the nipple I provide!!!

In the early days I didn't know that the Pritchards only fit on certain soda or water bottles.
I thought folks were crazy using them, they always dribbled. A lot.
When stuck with bottle babies I start them out on a black lamb nipple smeared with molasses to get them going.
They fit perfectly onto beer bottles but you have to pull up on it to make sure it's on good.

Kinda looks like our counter too. LOL

If we have tiny nigerians we may use the prichard.
Normally, its human baby bottles.
I have otherwise vetoed pop bottles and use peanut butter or mayo jars with these nipples. http://www.farmandfleet.com/products...l#.U2ZskFcvBhg
Drives me nuts with the thought of not getting pop bottles clean. LOL

It looks just like my kitchen when my kid refused the bottle....my HUMAN kid. I desperately wanted a one-bottle break during the day. She was doing it fine until she hit 2 months and then suddenly realized that guzzling a bottle was nowhere near as fun as latching on to mama for 2 hours. Sigh. We tried EVERY SINGLE nipple on the market. I never got a single feeding off from then on! I didn't even bother trying with my second child....
