Is This Plant Okay For Goats?

Okay, so I just thought I'd ask. It's not important or anything because they don't have direct access to it, but I was just wondering . . . is scotch broom okay for goats? We have mostly Nigerian dwarfs, but also one Angora and one Shetland sheep. One ND is almost four (I think), three are not two months old yet, five are two years, one is almost two, and one will be a year old in June. The Angora and Shetland are both one year old. Below is a pic of what type of plant I mean. Thanks!
