Tums - 4 of them 2 times per day in late pregnancy. That's just me. No expert citation.

I haven't tried tums just been using fruit flavored oh ----! They're vitamin c not calcium! Well vitamin c is good too but I'll add the tums too. It's a healthy treat on the milk stand
