Milk Fever Question

Despite the alfalfa, it appears my FF has milk fever - she's just "off" and, when she attempted to get up to come to the gate earlier, she went down on her knees several times before she got there. I've given her oral CMPK and 30 mL of subQ calcium gluconate, along with 2.5 mL of subQ fortified vitamin B. How often do I need to repeat the subQ dosing, and for how long?

I sent my vet a text, and she replied that the doe can have up to 60 mL of calcium gluconate per day for up to 3 days, or until she's eating again. I figured this might be good info for someone else who might have the same problem.
