Metal milkstand ??

I read here before about someone making a milkstand from one of those metal lawn carts but I can't remember who it was & can't find the threads.
Was wondering if any of you have done it or remember the threads & can point me in the right direction.
I thought it was nehimama but I checked with her & it's not.

I'm trying to figure out which headgate/stanchion to order & then how to attach it to the metal lawn cart?
Welding it would probably be best I'm guessing.
I found 3 completely different headgats/stanchions so not sure which would be best.
Thanks for any help in advance.

It's an old thread, but lots of good milk stand pics, including the one you want.

Your the Best Alice!
It was Lasergrl & I couldn't remember! Mine is a heavier duty stand with a rubber mat too & I think I'm going to like that better than my wood one.

I'll still might use the wood one for trimming hooves, etc. but we'll see.

I'd bolt or clamp it (like this one?) if at all possible, leaves you with the option to change later if needed or desired.

I weld as a hobby and have built several of these milkstands.
I change the design up a little each time, but overall I get ideas from others I have seen on the internet.
The black metal stand is fixed, the aluminum stand folds up and can be carried easily.
I have some measurements if you would like them.

Wow, that aluminum would be nice for shows. I have a metal one that folds up, but I bet the thing weighs 75 #.

That's what my wife uses the aluminum one for too (shows).
I built a metal fold up stand for a neighbor last year and warned her it was going to be heavy, it was! Makes you appreciate the aluminum.
