I did it again even though I said I wouldn't
Went to look at a PB doe. She was so skinny I thought the wind would blow her over. So you know me. Another rehab project. She's in quarantine. She has hay, dairy pellets, mineral and will have baking soda tonight. I gave her CDT, BoSe, Valbazen and Cydectin. Also probios and replamin plus. I threw the medicine cabinet at her.(maybe I should of spaced things out) Drawing blood today and sending off for testing.
My question. Should I give her anything else? B complex, thiamine, red cell, etcetera? She is very alert and healthy acting. She kidded Jan 1st. Or should I just give her plenty to eat and time?

Thaimine or B-complex never hurt. Being water soluble, if she gets more than her body needs, she'll just pee it out.
When in doubt or under stress, I always give B vitamins, it's supportive in general and if their rumens are adjusting to a new diet, their bodies aren't producing as much B as they normally would, so rather than risk that spiraling into polio (which happens absurdly quickly) I just give some Vit B.
Other than that, I'd do exactly what you're doing. It sounds like she had a tough run but she sure landed in a good spot.

Yes! Take photos for yourself to see later.
I was looking at my rehab pics of our old lady we got last Easter and she looks soooo good now. It was nice to have a comparison.

Oh dang, I should have taken pics of a doe I bought back this summer. She was one I used to own, and I bought her back in really rough shape. She weighs more now than ever, even when I owned her before (she has always been kind of thin), and still looks like a little skinny butt. She literally looked like skin hanging on bones before, though. I butchered a goat kid right after I brought her home and was looking at her back right after thinking, "that is exactly what that skeleton looked like when I pulled the backstrap off!" It was pretty bad!

OMG!!! That poor li'l Lady! I am SO glad she's found a home with you! Please don't try to jump-start her weight gain with over doses of grain. Build that up gradually. In the meantime, hay, hay, hay!

She's got a stall full. She is barely eating grain. It looks like her teeth hurt. Ideas?

Perhaps a vet visit to have her teeth checked & floated?

Filed. I know it's done for horses; never heard of goats needing it, but who knows?

Poor girl. I moaned when I saw her pics.
Floating is what they do to horse teeth ( like Loretta said ) to get sharp points off of them. Sometimes they get a point that sticks the inside of their mouth or tongue when they chew. http://loudoun.nvcc.edu/vetonline/ve.../lesson12c.htm

Her coat looks decent. Not wormy kind of unhealthy I am accustomed to dealing with that has raged on for months. She just looks über lean to me. She might just be dealing with parasite load from kidding, plus kids dragging her down, plus poor nutrition. If you just brought her in today, she may not be in the mood for food.
Everything you did sounds right to me. I'd keep working to crank up the rumen.

I'd start her with hay, grass if you have it, slowly adding in alfalfa until she is to free choice alfalfa also. Good free-choice minerals, copper bolus, Bo-Se, deworm with both Valbazen and Cydectin; might want to do few days between those, and do again in 10 days, possibly once more 10 days later. Might even consider coccidia treatment with Di-Methox. Slowly slowly add in grain, a little bit at a time. With my doe, I was only milking her once a day when I brought her home, as she really wasn't producing much anyway (no reserves to milk from). I decided to dry mine up for the year and give her a break to get back in shape. She is doing very well now, so it worked out.

Neighbor's cow nearly passed away despite having tons of hay and fresh browse available....turns out it had an abscess on the upper pallet. Hopefully your girl just needs some good groceries

She seems very very healthy. She's getting friendlier daily. Still not putting on weight and now devours the pellets as soon as I can feed them to her. She nibbled at the hay.
Also, I sure hope she doesn't have anything because she can touch noses with the rest of the goats. I wasn't thinking when I quarantined her. I put her in a stall that is to close to the rest of the herd.
