Free Goat in Richmond, VA suburbs

My sister, who lives in an HOA, was apparently searching for goats on Craigslist (I have no idea why, though the idea of a goat in her yard, freaking out her neighbors, amuses me). She sent the link to DH and me, and I figured it wouldn't hurt to share it with you goat people!

Is this a cashmere goat?

Even if it's not specifically the cashmere breed it certainly can be used for cashmere. If i understand my research correctly cashmere is produce a little by all goats, but only some produce it in usable quantities and not all are cashmere breed. I have not seen a bi-color cashmere coat like that in my reading but that doesnt mean it doesnt exist. The goat looks to be well taken care of if that coat is any indication.

Does any one have any fiber goats that look like that? I think he's lovely.

Isn't he, though? If we had more clear space on our land, I'd be tempted--my kids would love to get a 4-legger that's not for eating! Unfortunately, most of our land is brambles, and I would not want to see that coat covered in blackberries.
