Itchy ears...

I know I have posted way too many times in one day (sorry) but since I have been spending so much time with Millie in the basement, I have noticed she is scratching her ears ALOT. What could this be? Some type of mite or lice? Treatments? Thanks for the help!

Had a doe that kept having a problem with ear mites. Read, tried, kept coming back.
Finally drew up a little ivermectin injectable in a syringe, 1/2 cc or a little less it seems, added a bit of mineral oil. Put some in each ear, rubbed really good and that single treatment worked. Been over a year since I have done it.
