Bred Goat / Kidding Question

We've got a bred Nubian that's about 4 yrs old and due to kid here soon.
We noticed Sunday that 1/2 of her milk bag appeared to be full while the other side appeared "normal" size.
My wife called the vet and she suggested it may be infected and that she should "milk" that teat a bit and it should appear curdled or infectious looking.
Well, it wasn't. It looked like milk.
Another friend suggested she's likely just closer to kidding than we thought and that she'd likely go within the next day or so.
Any thoughts? I'm concerned that she's got this full milk back not getting milked and that she'll start to dry off, before she even kids?
This is, of course, our first kidding experience.

Maybe when she kidded before she had a single that only nursed one side and it can cause the udder to appear lopsided. I wouldn't try milking that side again as it leaves that side open to infection. Just wait till she kids and you will be able to tell if she has Mastitis on that side or not. This is what I would do if put in this situation.
