Trying to dry off a pregnant doe

Goat sitting for a few days. Doe is due April 14 she needs to be dried up. But she keeps get large lumps in her udder. So can we safely use tomorrow in a pregnant doe due in 58 days? This is the third time trying to dry her off. She has two lumps on one side and its warm on that side. One is the size of my fist the other one is ping pong size. Owner said she had no lumps Thursday. I took other care tonight. Any help please.

I'd use warm compresses, milk her out, look at the milk, take a clean sample, and ship off the sample for a mastitis test.

I'm sure she has mastitis. I'm not spend my money if her owner would like to when she gets back to town she can. I have tomorrow and pen on hand. Owner left town knowing she had knots in udder and that she had sheep due. This was not an emergency trip it's a fun trip. She left someone to feed that knows very little about animals and how to milk. Teenage needing money was told they only need to water, throw hay and check goats udder if she need to be milked out some. With me as an emergency contact. Lambs on the ground and the large knot in the udder yesterday morning was an emergency.
