Help! Susie kidded, no milk so far!

DW was was out at 5:00 am, found Susie with twin bucklings, just born and still wet. 4F! It's been an hour, we brought kids in the house and dried them off (susie and sallie were licking them but not fast enough in the cold). Now we have dam and kids in a room in out polebarn, hay on the floor, trying to coax colostrum down. We have no bottles in the house. Susie has double teats and is a ff, so we don't know if she can even give milk. What to do?
Pics to follow.

Have you tried stripping colostrum from the teats?

We think Rocco is their sire, from the coloring. Jack is black, white, and frosted. Rocco is red.

This is Buckhuntr's DW. Both kids were doing well when we left for work. One was nursing, the other was being licked by Susie. We put a heat lamp in the room where they are so that should help with staying warm.

It was close. Ears on the smaller one were getting dangerously cold and stiff. I think if DW hadn't gone out when she did, they might have had some frostbite or worse. At least they are now out of the wind, with hay and a blanket to snuggle in.
