jan kiddings came & went.. all 2 of them LOL
well our jan kiddings were short and sweet.. Only Leila and Lottie.. due within 2 days of each other.. (I was out there barely 5 minutes with Leila before she was done.. Lottie took almost 15 minutes to have her twins.. under achiever) Leila had twin bucks.. a moonspotted blk & white boy (his spots are silvery right now, they'll end up bright white) and a blue boy (his blue will lighten and brighten also).. Lottie had buck/doe twins.. red boy with moonspots (his spots will up being creamy colored).. doeling is a blonde roan with a side splash.. it was warm and sunny here today.. so my daughter took a few picture of the foursome before putting them into the kid pen.

One of these years Susie I am making a road trip out to your place to pick me up a BEAUTIFUL little doeling from you and finally get to meet you and the herd face to face .

You keep tempting me with those nasty long eared things...and darn it all if I don't want one! Partly because I really want some fun spots in my herd and partly because I do secretly love them long ear critters.

Better have a long talk with Lottie...No underachievers allowed! LOL

We start this week with 3 more at the end of January (that is Saanens - the Boers started the 1st of January and we have 20 kids running around in the snow now!)
