I doubt you'd have any problems but to avoid issues, I'd just wait till after parturition. It is not cleared for lactating animals (I assume for human consumption reasons - everything has to be deemed safe through the FDA despite the fact it's just a vaccine...)

You could also call the company and ask what they recommend.
