Hot udder

I am drying out my Nubian doe because she is 3 months pregnant. She was milking a cup when I stopped milking. Today I went to clean out her stall and check on her. Her udder is not enlarged, red or tender, but it seems to be hotter than usual.
Is this a sign of mastitis or could it be because she is drying out. Should I milk her tonight to be sure the milk is not discolored?
Any advise would be very appreciated.
Thanks.

No lumps? I'd just keep an eye on it.

You *could* milk out a few streams of milk, but without other symptoms, I'd be hesitant to do that.

Thank you for the advise. I checked on her udder tonight and it wasn't as warm. No lumps. I did milk her out tonight and she is drying up nicely. No brown or stringy milk, so I don't think Mastitis is a problem after all. Thanks again
