I love seeing those raised beds in the spring with all the promise they hold!! We plant potatoes, corn, pumpkins and watermelon on the open ground...tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, peas, okra in the beds...lettuce and spinach in the cold frames (not pictured - on the far left). There is also a big strawberry bed, a big asparagus bed and blackberry bushes to the left of the photo. Still eating all but the asparagus and most of the corn from this year.
My favorite is also the flying kitchen girl, Parrotman! She is quite athletic..lucky photo, too!
