I have a billy goat named artichoke (arty for short) and recently he has started going haywire on our walks: we will walk a few steps then freeze up and refuse too move it is true that I haven't walk him for a while so now we're falling back into routine but he seems worse every time I walk him he's around 7 months old am I doing something wrong if not what should I do to cure him of this habit

Put acorns in your pocket and when he walks with you give him one. When he stops tempt him with another acorn. My wether loves acorns!

Or corn chips, raisins, peanut butter crackers, animal cracker, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, orange slices, banana peels, or Pop Tarts.
