Biotracking form question

Hubby and I are going to be drawing blood in a few minutes. I have three that we will be testing for pregnancy and CAE, and one that is CAE only. Can I use the same form for all of them, or should I submit a separate one for the CAE only?

Also, if I need separate forms, can I still bundle the tubes all together, or does the CAE only need to be be a separate package? I did this last year also, but my middle-aged brain is failing me and I don't remember!

here's the bio-tracking form that has BOTH on it.. just mark down your CAE as *added* test.. (this way you only have to draw one vial of blood)

Okie doke. That's the one I had printed out, but wasn't sure if it was ok to have one on there that was only for CAE.

Hopefully, all three are bred and I can send Jim and Artie on their merry way...not sure if I'll sell or butcher them...maybe sell the buck and butcher the wether. If all goes as planned, I'll be getting two bottle baby boys next spring from a herd quite a bit northeast of here.

Well, I got to the post office at the last minute and the guy waited on me before taking off with the truck. We ended up not being able to draw from Winnie (it was the first time we did it ourselves). I ended up shaving the entire front of her neck and Hubby and I both tried several times...we kept thinking we hit the vein, but each time, nothing! The other three were no trouble...I held and Hubby drew blood. So, I am just going to assume she is bred. She hasn't come back into heat, and it is usually quite obvious when she is in heat. She tested negative for CAE last year, and no new goats have come in and I haven't taken anyone to shows or anythng. I think it's safe to say she's good.
